Faith Muse

Faith has been in the dental field since 2021. She began her career in General Dentistry, then specialized in Pediatric Dentistry for 3 years. In those three years, Faith was able to get the opportunity to experience doing dental work at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital. She has develop the ability to create a comforting environment for not only adults, but children!

Faith is passionate about patient education, teamwork and delivering attentive care to every patient. I take pride in helping patients feel at ease and contributing to a smooth experience for the families we serve.

When outside of the office, Faith enjoys coaching Junior League basketball at New Center Elementary, spending time with friends, and family.

Destiny

Destiny has been in the dental field for 4 years now. She worked as a dental assistant in oral surgery for 2 years before continuing her education at Lincoln Memorial University, where she earned her degree in dental hygiene. In addition to her dental hygiene degree, she is also certified in the administration of local anesthesia as well as the monitoring and administration of nitrous oxide. She has now been practicing as a registered dental hygienist for 2 years.

Destiny is passionate about providing patients with the best oral care while also making sure they feel comfortable and at ease in the dental chair. Her goal is to help you leave with a healthy smile and a great experience… all while, yes, reminding you to floss.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jake. As newlyweds as of last September, they love traveling and seeing the world together. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, and of course her yorkie Bru.

Adrienne

Adrienne is a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with over 15 years of experience in the dental field. She began her career after graduating from Walters State Community College in 2010 and has been dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care ever since!

Along with her clinical expertise, Adrienne has extensive knowledge of dental insurance — helping patients understand their benefits, estimate treatment costs, and ensure claims are processed smoothly and accurately. Her well-rounded background makes her an incredible asset both chairside and at the front desk.

Adrienne also holds certifications in coronal polishing and nitrous oxide monitoring, allowing her to assist in a wide range of procedures while keeping patient safety and comfort top of mind. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality, Adrienne is truly a valued member of our team!

When she’s not in the office, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her husband and their family in Newport, Tennessee.

Abigail

Abigail was raised in Sevierville, Tennessee, before moving away at an early age. She began her dental career in 2020 after graduating from high school and continued her education at AAA Dental School in Orlando, Florida. During her time in Orlando, she gained two years of valuable experience working in prosthodontics and dental implants. She later spent several years in Italy with her then-husband, where she embraced motherhood and began raising her son. Now back in sevierville, Abigail has furthered her career by completing her training at Dental Staff School in Knoxville, becoming a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for the state of Tennessee. Abigail loves the warmth and hospitality of the South and is dedicated to helping our patients achieve confident, healthy smiles.

Jade McFalls Gann

Jade is Dr. Rader’s Lead Registered Dental Assistant and has been an RDA for five years, with the past three spent working closely alongside Dr. Rader. Her experience extends beyond the dental office to include specialized care in pediatric trauma and special needs dentistry at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, as well as work in correctional facilities across Tennessee. This diverse background has equipped her with a broad range of clinical skills and a strong sense of adaptability.

Currently, Jade is pursuing her goal of becoming a Dental Hygienist while continuing to provide compassionate, high-quality care to her patients. She is recently married to her husband, Brandon, and enjoys spending her free time with friends and family.

Vonda

With 19 years of experience in the dental field, Vonda is a highly skilled Insurance Coordinator who ensures the seamless management of insurance verification, claim submissions, and patient billing. Her meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and dedication to patient care make her an invaluable asset to any dental team.

Vonda works closely with insurance providers to maximize patient benefits, clarify coverage options, and support patients in navigating the financial aspects of dental care. Her passion for improving access to dental services and her commitment to operational excellence contribute significantly to both patient satisfaction and the financial health of the practice.

Charisse

Charisse serves as the Office Manager and brings over 35 years of management experience to the team. A proud Sevier County native, her family has called the area home for generations. Her deep roots in the community, strong leadership, and genuine care for others make her an invaluable part of the practice.

Charisse truly loves Dr. Rader’s patients and takes pride in making them smile and feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door.

She is married and the proud mother of two children, Kyndal and Jared, as well as two stepsons, Tanner and Tyler. Outside of work, Charisse treasures time spent with her grandchildren, who bring her endless joy.

Cadie

Cadie is originally from Morristown, TN, and graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She is passionate about providing exceptional care and helping patients achieve their oral health goals. Cadie enjoys the personal connections she builds with patients and values the opportunity to make a positive impact through her work.

With experience in pediatric dentistry and certification in Local Anesthesia, Cadie brings both skill and compassion to the team.

Outside the office, she and her husband, Bristoe, love spending time outdoors, staying active, and making memories with their daughter, Blakely.

Kim

Kim is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist with deep roots in Sevier County, where she has served the community for 30 years. A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Kim earned her degree in Dental Hygiene in 1995 and has been a valued member of Dr. John C. Rader’s team for the past 20 years.

Kim is passionate about patient care and is proud to serve in the community where she was born and raised. She has been married to her husband, Travis, for 30 years. Together, they have three children: Dillon, Alexis, and Faith Hicks.

In their free time, Kim and Travis enjoy relaxing and making memories with their family—especially at their favorite getaway on the South Carolina coast.
